When exporting appointments to csv, it is merging Customer Name, Email, and Phone number into one column. i.e. these columns are notseparated by a column.
It appears that when you export from an appointment section they are all placed in column and when you do export from a finance section they are placed in to separate columns. You can use finance export section for now and I will forward this to our developers so that they can take a look and see if this is possible to change in the future.
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we have logged in as a bug and this should be fixed in og the the next updates. And also you can set this in appointments section
And then it should split this data in to separate columns, We have tested this now and this option is working fine on our end.
We are glad that we were able to help you and that this works for you. This is more of an oversite on our part since we mention only group booking not single appointments.
Hi,

Is this normal expected behaviour?
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When we test we get everything in separate column like this
Check how you set up your settings with the program that you using for opening the sheet
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,

Hi Marko,
Oh, I didn't even notice there were those options. Exporting them as separate rows actually works for my needs. Thanks!
Happy holiday's
Best,
Ronnie
