We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi. I have one specific pilates FREE appointment that can't be shown on site for customers so it can only be booked on backed by the trainer.

I have disabled it from showing on site, however I am not able to book appointment for that service on the backend.

It does appear under the employee schedule but not for creating the appointment.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please send us a short one minute video of the issue? Show us the service settings and employee work hours so that we can take a closer look.

You can respond in a private reply.

    Looking forward to your reply.

Hi. I have figured out what was the issue - I didn't include that service in the employee schedule.

Now I am able to book an appointment for that service, but there is another issue that I need help with.

The Free Service is for one person only and it can happen anytime and any date in schedule. I have added that service to all appointments slots. The person who gets this free service will be joining other customers who bought the class...

When I book an appointment lets say for Monday 9:00 FREE CLASS, I am not able to see other available class scheduled for the same time and date, if the free class is booked then the other class is automatically disabled from the calendar availability.

How would I have to set it up so I can provide one free class for one person and still have the other class open for bookings? All classes are set up for up to 5 people.  And the free class is for 1 person. I have tried changing capacity to 5 but that still blocks out the other service.

What would you recommend? Are there any other better methods to take one person for the same class for free and the class capacity would also update? Issue a discount coupon to cover full price?

Issuing a discount coupon would work and it seems the easiest way, but I'm not sure if the Coupons issued go towards "money losses"?

    Thanks

    Hello there,

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Since this is a separate service, as soon as the employee is booked on one service, he is automatically unavailable for the other service in order to avoid double booking. You can either create a fake employee who will work on the free service and thus fictitiously connect appointments, or create a coupon that you will send to users who need to book a regular paid service. Personally, I think the coupon option is better, but of course, the choice is yours.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.
