We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Can you show price on the service but then wait and accept payment on location?
Hello Brody,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
When you say wait and accept payment on location, do you mean "on-site" payment method? Certainly, you can show the price of the service in the booking form, but then you can choose the "on-site" payment method where the customers would have to pay on the site (location)
Please, let me know if it this is what you are looking for or if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Yes how do I set that option up? I do see that selection in the services section.
Ahh never mind I had Woocommerce turned on. So it was not using the defult payment options.
So the reason I even wanted to use Woocomerce is because I wanted to integrate my mailerlite to amelia.
and if I have a person purchase a service through woo, i will be able to trigger to add them to a mailerlite group
Not sure if its possible to integrate Amelia to Mailerlite without having to go through woocommerce because I actually do like your checkout better.
Hello Brody,
On-site payment option is turned on by default, but if there is WooCoomerce enabled, then all other payment methods will be disabled.
Unfortunatelly, there is no official integration between Mailerlite and Amelia, but i can see that is possible to integrate it with WooCoomerce. WooCoomerce usually allows integration with other third-party payments but only has core integration with Woo.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
