We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
We would like to inquire about something very important to us. We own a barbershop and have tested your plugin for free. Almost everything interests us; the thing that concerns us is regarding "no-shows" because we absolutely need to be able to add a penalty amount to the next appointment. There is an option that could help us: if we could put tags on clients who don't show up so that we can manage the "no-shows."
Is this a possibility? If so, how can we make it happen?
Thank you very much in advance.
Hello Patrick,
Thanks for reaching out to us. As you may already know, with Amelia 7.0, we've added the "no show" tag option that can be enabled for the customers. Once you enable this option, all customers who had appointments marked as “No Show” in the past will be seen differently in the “Appointments” section, and the Customer’s profile (in the “Customers”) section. A gray tag indicates the customer who failed to show up once; a yellow tag indicates the customer who failed to show up twice; and the red tag indicates the customer who failed to show up 3 or more times
This option can be enabled in Roles settings, but it's not available for Lite version.
You can find more information about pricing on this link. You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
