When a customer goes to login to the Customer Panel, the wait timer continues to be displayed after supplying their credentials.
I can tell the login was successful because if I do a page refresh, the customer information is displayed. I tried Edge and Chrome and had the same results.
While we can try to warn the customers to refresh the page, it's poor customer experience and they may not even know how to do this.
There's a lot of pages that don't get refreshed, actually, in the admin panels.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks, but I think the issue is ameliorated so we can close this.
It seems like it had to do with ASE plugin auto-redirect after login feature.
I turned that feature off and that seems to remove the issue. I'm not sure which plugin originated the problem but at least it works now. If people still have issues, I'll open another ticket.
