We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi

When a client book an event he receives the notification but I don't, so I don't know it was booked. I checked and the notifications are activated for those events for employee (me) but still I don't get it.

The emails are not even in spam folder. I checked with the host of website and they say that everything is installed correctly.

The only thing is that I changed domain of website and the email address as well. I changed everything I could inside the platform and double checked, except the email for registration in Amelia cause it seems we are not allowed to change it. Is it because of it?

Before this change of the domain was working correctly, I made all the changes inside Amelia Platform and under Notification, indeed it is working. It is only me that doesn't receive mail notifications anymore. Why is that?

Is it because the the access email of Amelia platform is no more valid and can't be changed ?

You wrote me that I have to write an email from the old email address but of course I can't cause it was disabled for the new one. It is impossible

    Thanks

    Hello Luana,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
    3. The credentials are not correct.
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
    5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website and see what's going on.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
