Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, there is no official integration with Salesforce, but you may find useful our WebHooks or Amelia API endpoints.

This setting allows you to set several hooks that will send data from the Amelia plugin to any other application. It is good to use this option if you want to send, for example, customer data to some CRM platform

API Endpoints allow calling the plugin’s actions from external systems. These endpoints are designated locations within an API where requests are accepted and responses are provided. They facilitate communication between diverse systems and applications by enabling the exchange of information and instructions through these designated access points.
