Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

I have set up my site using Amelia as the booking platform, the calendar works great. I assign an engineer to the appointment.
The engineer then logs in using the employee portal (https://inspectre.org/engineer-login/), the employee see's his appointments for the day and presses the edit (pen symbol)... from here he can edit the appointment details (see screenshots attached). When the employee selects 'extra' I have set up an extra called 'Parts Required' from here he can add the amount (in £'s). He then presses 'save' which updates the booking.
The customer can then login to the client portal and see their booking (https://inspectre.org/customer-panel)
For some reason, when the engineer updates the price with extra's and presses save it defaults to a different engineer... meaning that the booking no longer shows up in the employee's portal
