Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I set up a webpage using WP data tables to populate statistics for a real estate website. I'm getting an error in some fields that say "too many requests." It's not consistent, so if you look, you might have to go all the way to the bottom of the page to find the error.

Hello Joe.
I tried loading the page multiple times, but I didn't see the error.
The "Too Many Requests" error message is triggered when the user sends an excessive number of requests within a specific timeframe, possibly due to a plugin, a DDoS attack, or other factors. In essence, this error is a signal from the server requesting the user to cease sending additional requests.
If you're loading too many entities (tables, charts, shortcodes, etc.) on one page - that may be the issue as each requires an ajax call to fetch the data for the front-end. When there are a lot of users on a page, that can cause issues like this to occur.
Which hosting plan do you have and what's the memory dedicated to your website?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Aleksandar:
Thanks for the reply. I removed permissions on the Google Sheets side, which seemed to fix the issue.
Thanks,
Joe
Hi Joe,
We realised that it seems this is the same issue/subject as you wrote on the other ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3542889/ ?
We are happy to see that the issue is solved, as you reported there.
And we can understand if the reason for creating a duplicate ticket was due to our slow Support response time from the original ticket;
Just for the future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic,
as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already)
or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue; it will not speed anything up.
We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience.
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
