Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello,

I know how to configure my employees working week regarding days off and daily start and finish times.

However, I have a scenario, where one of my 'new services' can only be offered on certain days. For example only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's.

But I want this service to be delivered by multiple employees. These employees have control over their working days as well via their 'days off'.

Is there a way to configure the days the service is available as a global setting for the service?

I welcome your help and support on this.

    Thank you.

    Hello Sean,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

There are two places where you can configure the working hours, the Global Working Hours and the employee work hours. Please note that the employee work hours will overwrite the Global Working Hours.

Timeslots on the booking form depend on the employee's working hours and the service duration. An employee needs to be able to "cover" the service duration, for timeslots to appear in the booking form. If you open the employee work hours schedule, you will see that you have the option to set the work hours for each day of the week.

Here you can configure the working hours, the service, and the location that the employee will be working on.

These can be applied to multiple employees and they can be assigned to the same service, so when, for example, an employee is already working on one timeslot, if there is another employee assigned to the same service, he will be able to cover that timeslot.

Please note that the working schedule is repeated weekly, unless there is a Day Off or Special Day.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,
