Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
I am setting up your application for a medical practice. Among the services, there are some that involve multiple doctors, and each doctor takes a different amount of time to perform the service. How can you set a different time for the same service for different doctors?
Hello Jacopo,
Thanks for reaching out to us. As you said, you would need to create multiple employees (that will represent the employees) and set the work hours for each employee separately. When you create a working schedule for each employee, you can assign them to work on the same service. Later, on the booking form, the customer will have the option to choose the employee and then the service and it will display the timeslot availability for that service, but based on the selected employee's working schedule.
Also, to mention, timeslot availability depends on the combination of service duration and employee work hours. For example, if the service duration is 2h, and the employee's work hours are 09 - 17, the employee will be able to cover the slots in increments of 2h, so 09 - 11, 11 - 13, 13 - 15, etc.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello, thank you for your response. However, I believe I may not have been able to convey my issue properly. A service is carried out by two employees. The first one requires 30 minutes, while the second, for the same service, takes 45 minutes.
Hello Jacopo,
Well, the employee working schedule follows the service duration. That being said, if the service duration is 45 minutes, then the employee working schedule needs to be configured to cover the same service duration.
If you set the service duration to 45 minutes and one of the employee has the working schedule set to 30 minutes, he will not be able to cover those 45 minutes.
I hope i cleared a bit.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
