is it possible to set the Amelia Manager, so that it can book appointments at any time in the background booking? I found this option only for admins. Or is there another way, so that one person can manage all the appointments?
Unfortunatelly, this option is only "reserved" for admins. Users with admin permission will have the option to edit/manage all the options in the backend, so there is this option, as well, but only for admin.
You may edit the permissions for Amelia Manager, but we don't recommend that, since it may lead to a conflict.
