Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Good morning, how can I set different colors for each employee on Google calendar when a customer books a service? I have 4 operators and I want to distinguish on the Google calendar who should manage that booking. So 4 colours, one for each employee. Thank you.
Luca,
It sounds as though you are using one calendar for all 4 operators. If that is the case, you can wait until a booking is added to the Google calendar and then edit the event in the calendar, and choose a different colour. (It's a dropdown with a coloured circle).
However, I wouldn't use a single calendar, there is a much better and more efficient way. What you can do is create 4 calendars under the same google account, by going into google calendar settings, add calendar, create new calendar. Give each calendar a name of the operators. Then once done, on the home home of the calendar, down the left hand side you will see all the operators calendars. Click the 3 dots next to each calendar, and choose a different colour for each.
Next go to the backend of the website and into the employee's section of the plugin. For each employee record (one for each of the 4 operators), edit their employee records and log into the Google account. Once logged in you will have a dropdown where you will see the 4 operator calendars. Select the correct one for each operator.
Now each booking that is assigned to whichever operator will now appear against their google calendar. You can then have each operator to add the google calendar app to their mobile phones, and just tick their calendar to see.
You can also tick all 4 calendars and see all the appointments under one view while showing the correct colour for each operators calendar colour.
Hope that helps,
Jon
Thanks a lot!
Hello PixelKit and Luca,
I've couldn't explain it better myself, thanks for the "assistance", PixelKit. I'll make sure that i note this as a detailed explanation regarding the colors in the Google Calendar.
Luca, please, let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
