I am unable to find an option to change the colour of text in the Timezone on the Customer Panel - not in the drop-down menu, the initial value.
I was able to change the colours of the booking form 2, no issue.
The documentation didn't mention it where I was looking, but I finally realized that to change the global colours, and thus change the customer panel colours, I maybe had to use the original booking form. It was. However, the light background conflicted badly with the light grey(?) of the default timezone dropdown and made it unreadable. I had to make the background quite dark to make it at all visible.
Is there some way to change that colour - or even better, hide the timezone drop-down entirely? I still need to have it set to our local timezone however of course.
That's correct, you would need to enable the global colors to change the customer panel color, as well. We will work on improving this in future updates.
For the time being, you can use this custom CSS code to hide the timezone selection menu. It shoud be following the WP timezone settings.
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
I am reopening only because it affects this particular solution, and anyone else that reads it will have my problem with it, so I wanted to let you/them know.
The suggested CSS method of hiding takes out the time zone, but is too broad and it also hides the "password" field for customer logins!

Ok, that would work. Thanks!
I've been trying to get this to work. I already am using WPCode but it doesn't seem to be having any effect.
That was the code to go on the CUSTOMER panel, right?
-----update------
Ok, putting it in the appearance/customize advanced css worked

I'm going to just leave it as is for now.
Hello Grant,
Apologies for that. I wrongly tagged an incorrect CSS container, without checking the initial window
This is the correct CSS code
I hope it helps.
