I have opened a ticket before and the problem was never fixed. Custom field still doesn't show up. I access the custom field page and click blue custom field button. I select the custom field to add and nothing appears on the page to edit even though the success message briefly appears on the top right of the screen.
I was able to find the previous ticket regarding the custom fields, but there was no reply from you. So, before troubleshooting, make sure that you are using the latest version of Amelia 7.2. In this article, you can find the instructions regarding the update to the latest version Updating the plugin to the latest version
Once it's updated, please, report back with the status and we will continue the troubleshooting if needed.

My plugin is updated. The custom fields have never shown up. They still do not. I need a technician to look at it.
