Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello, I have a problem with the emails arriving at the customer as they report the start date an hour in advance.
The problem is similar to the one in the ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/3515842/ .
Our configuration is the same as the one indicated in the post but we can't understand what's happening. Let me explain.
1) It happens randomly, everything works, we do the tests and everything works, then every now and then a customer comes along and points out the error to us. That is, a different time is indicated in the email. Instead of 10pm, 21 is indicated.
2) The email that arrives as an attachment to the customer contains the ICS file to add the appointment to the calendar. In the ICS file, the time is correct as 10pm.
In short words
The customer books for 21pm,
- in Amelia's dashboard it is indicated 22h,
- 22pm is indicated in the email to the admin,
- it is indicated in the email that reaches the customer
21pm for placeholderder %appointment_start_time%
22pm in the ICS file,
- 21pm is indicated in the reminder email.
You can help us?

Thanks for now.
So, I first do an update on a staging copy to verify that everything works with the new update, then I update the operating site.
If the problem arises I'll fix it because, as I said, the error occurs randomly.
Thanks Maurizio.
