On my General Settings>Default Time Slot Step I have valu of 5 minutes.
Buffer time after my services is set to 10 min and no buffer before. When I want to chenge some bookings by changeing a time of the appointment I can move back anf foreward with step 40 min not a 5 min. Why is like that? Is it a bug?
See attachment. Thi is for evry service and client. Same problem if I'm trying to edit appointemnt direct from the appointment list not from the calendar.
We have noted this issue and passed it to our developers to have this resolved. In the meantime, you can reschedule appointments from the Amelia/Appointments page.
It's not a first time that you don't read my posts fully. I have wrote that I can not reschedule appointments from any other place as well. Either from Amelia/Appointments page. It doesn't work! My customers can not order appointments even if I have for example avaliable 1 hour then my clinets can not reserve a short 10 min appointment.
Wright now I'm loosing my money becasue I can not use my full time. Please fix it. It can not be like that. You guys still have login to my Worpress which I gave to you with previous isssue.
I need help with that urgently. It looks like the problem is escalating. I have available time slots on my calendar but my clients are not able to order appointments because those time slots are not visible to them. I'm losing money and my clients. This is totally not acceptable. Your plugin is destroying my business.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
As I wrote before below, you still have credentials which I gave you for the case "PRIVATE TICKET #3514076"
You can just use it.
I am writing to you with deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with the booking system on my WordPress site. This situation has now reached a critical point.
Firstly, my regular clients are unable to see or book available appointment slots that I can clearly see in the calendar when I logged in to Wordpress. Neither can I book these from my side. Both from beck-end and front-end.
THE SYSTEM IS ESSENTIALLY NON-FUNCTIONAL, AND THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE FOR WEEKS NOW!!!
Let me be clear: this is causing a substantial loss of loyal clients and revenue. Your client service has been, frankly, below any acceptable standard. Despite your team having access to my WordPress site for quite some time, there has been no resolution or substantial update on the matter.
This situation is not just disappointing; it's completely unprofessional.I have thoroughly described these issues in my previous posts and communications, but it appears they are not being read at all, given that you keep asking for information already detailed in those posts. When can I finally expect some serious help?

You must have busy events in Google Calendar as when the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is disabled, there are a lot more Google events that come up.
Than with that option turned on:

Good job! I have turned "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" It looks like this will solve the issue with not available time slots. The problem with Google Calender occure becouse my previous issue wiht the time change "PRIVATE TICKET #3514076". I mange to move all appoitments one hour foreward but it looks the google calendar didn't reschedule them togehter with Ameli booking plugin.
There is still the issue with ediditng houres which is not working properly.
As I mentioned before in my general settings "Time Slot Step" is set to 5 minutes.
But if I want to edit appointment I can move it with the step 20 min. See attachement.
Why is like that? Where are the settings for that? Shoudn't this be the same??

In regards to your second issue, you will need to disable the "Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Admin page.

I found the issue.
