I upgraded from basic to pro, and entered the serial number that is listed on the manage domains page.

However the "package" tab does not appear on the services page.

I deleted the plugin and downloaded the file from the new pro listing in case it was a different program, uploaded, reactivated with the new serial number and it still only shows Services, no Package tab.

The upgrade instructions are not clear if the above step is necessary when upgrading from Basic to Pro. It seems to only address from Free to Basic.

Please response ASAP. Thank you.

Also, just to confirm, there is no way to automatically renew a package purchase, is that correct? I see there is a paypal package that allows automatic renewal/subscriptions. I guess that can't be used though, correct?

One other thing - there doesn't seem to be the option for automatic updates that is mentioned on the Update page. Is that unnecessary now? Or is the page saying that as long as the code is present and active, it will be automatically updated?

I guess it just took awhile, the "package" tab is now working!

Now I have to figure out how to make it work properly... :)  Have to go over those instructions again.

I guess you can close this ticket - if the instructions from nearly 3 years ago are still *roughly* accurate - they don't include the Categories function, so I'm not sure.
