My booking intervals are at 30minutes. This means bookings will start either on the hour, or 30min (1pm or 1:30pm for example).
As I have it synched to my google calendar, I sometimes may have an external business appointment (not made via amelia). However if that booking ends at 12:05pm or 1:15pm, all my subsequent bookings no longer look clean. And it results in some bookings beginning at weird times like 1:05pm or 1:10pm etc.
Hi,
My booking intervals are at 30minutes. This means bookings will start either on the hour, or 30min (1pm or 1:30pm for example).
As I have it synched to my google calendar, I sometimes may have an external business appointment (not made via amelia). How do I fix this?
Hello Ronnie,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is no option to change this as this is the default behavior when blocking time slots in Amelia from Google Calendar.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
