Hello, I was wondering if this is a bug. It may be unique to my situation, or it may not be.
The issue is as follows: after changing the quantity of services or extras for appointments from the backend, emails are sent to customers with the wrong amount for the appointments.
For example, 1, A customer booked an appointment with one $100 service and one $10 extra. (The total amount is $110.) 2, At the customer's request, I changed the quantity of the $100 service from one to two from the backend. (The total amount becomes $210.) 3, A new notification email is sent to customer with wrong amount, such as $345 or someting other nonsensial numbers. I use plaseholder %appointment_price% to dislay the amount in emails.
If the appointments only have service charges and do not include any extra charges, this issue does not occur.
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
I will fill in for Marko, as he is out of the office.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I have passed this issue to our testers and we will provide you with an update as soon as we have one.

I think I've discovered the mechanism causing the problem.
The option for the service, where 'The price will multiply by the number of people,' multiplies not only the service charge but also the extra charge.
Even though the same option for Extras is turned off, the extra charge still gets multiplied!
