Hi, I requested a refund several days ago through the store as Amelia lacks the features I need for my client, but I haven't yet received any communication regarding the refund. The option to request a refund is now disabled on my license, I'm assuming because I'm past the refund window - but this doesn't change the fact that I requested a refund before the window expired. I have exactly the same question. I also requested a refund within the refund window but have not received any communication. Not even a confirmation email. The option to request a refund is now disabled in my account too.

Given the issues that Eveline and I have encountered, I'd suggest making sure people who request a refund receive an email confirmation with some information about how long a request can take to approve. That should avoid further confusion in the future.
