In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I requested a refund several days ago through the store as Amelia lacks the features I need for my client, but I haven't yet received any communication regarding the refund. The option to request a refund is now disabled on my license, I'm assuming because I'm past the refund window - but this doesn't change the fact that I requested a refund before the window expired. Please get back to me ASAP.

I have exactly the same question. I also requested a refund within the refund window but have not received any communication. Not even a confirmation email. The option to request a refund is now disabled in my account too.
Please get back to me to give some kind of information.

Given the issues that Eveline and I have encountered, I'd suggest making sure people who request a refund receive an email confirmation with some information about how long a request can take to approve. That should avoid further confusion in the future.
