Conflict with Formidable Forms Modal

    Hi there,

    I'm configuring a Formidable Forms modal link in a SQL source  wpDataTables table, listing Form entries.  The link should open the modal popup and display the related/specified form and populate the form with the form entry details:

    Here is the modal setup:

    [frmmodal-content size="large" label="Details"][formidable id=15 entry_id=123][/frmmodal-content]

    As a test, when I add this shortcode on a page it opens the popup as expected.

    As soon as I add the shortcode to the wpDataTable Table listing the form entries I experience a glitch where the page dims (modal activate) and becomes unresponsive.  It seems like there is a conflict between Formidables' Modal plugin and the wpDataTable plugin.

    Do anyone have a suggestion of how I can resolve this or troubleshoot?  It is bazaar!?

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi Rudi,

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    If i understood, you are trying to render another Plugin's content through Shortcode in a String Column in our Table?

    Can you check did you enable the Parse shortcodes Setting from your main Plugin settings?

    If you already enabled this;

    Can you please show us some screenshots how this setup looks, the steps you did to configure this in the Formidables' Modal Plugin, or even better if you can record a Video to show us how you set it up;

    And to show us how the issue happens on your screen?

    If the video becomes too large, you can upload it to weTransfer and send us a download link.

    If it shows any sensitive data, please send it as a PRIVATE reply.

    If we can also check out the back-end of your Table - i presume the same issue happens on back and front-end?

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    And point us to the Table ID where you tried this.

    I can not promise the level of Support we will be able to provide, since this might be a custom solution, but we will do our best to isolate the issue as much as we can.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
