We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Why doesn't the admin have any real overarching rights? For example: the administrator should be able to book appointments no matter when and where, even if the selected employee is free at the time! If this is not technically possible, the admin should be able to allocate an appointment to a customer without assigning the appointment to an employee. Surely that must be possible? Because: If you plan an event, you can do this as an admin regardless of whether an employee is available or not.

We have only one option for "overarching rights" and that is Allow admin to book appointment at any time
But this has a limitation, this is mean that you can book the appointments outside employee work hours. If an employee is working on the event you can not book them, etc. Also, you can not make a booking for a customer without adding the employee since service work hours and days depend on employee work hours and days.

The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
