I have added 2 custom fields and when I type any content Manually it's data is saved in and visible in backend, But when I assign those input fields any values using jQuery or JavaScript, those content is not saved in backend.
I am really facing so many issues in this plugin even after purchasing and support is too slow in giving response on time.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have updated the user now you should be able to login to the site and check, also I need to confirm that why notification templates filter CSS from inline HTML and not working properly please check and let me know.
