Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi selenii,

    Thank you for opening the ticket here.

    We will do our best to isolate this as quick as possible.

    Could you please show me any screenshots or a Video how this issue looks from your end?

    If it contains any sensitive data, you can just mark the reply as PRIVATE, for security reasons - then only we can see it.

    It will be good if we can also get access to the front-end Page - if you can send me the URL;

    and also Admin access to check back-end setup.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    And point me to the Table ID, please.

    Thanks.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

    I found the problem, the transform value was it.

    I try to link the first column, like this: {Name StartUp.value}

    But if I remove it, everything is okay.

    Hi selenii,

    To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,

    which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.

    We truly value your patience during this period.

    -

     I am sorry, but i am not fully understanding the details of the issue.

    You should be able to use the Transform Value on any Column, and you can also make custom links from it, it should work to show the data and not freezing anything.

    -

    I tried to create a new Column on one of my Test tables, and choose to set it as the First column.

    Then i do the same format of a link as you sent, i just change the name of my Column Variable from StartUp.value to {productname.value} since that is one of my Column Names, and everything works OK , i can't notice any issue.

    I format my Transform value in the First column as :

    {productname.value}

    1899756665.png

    But for this to work, please make sure to use a String Type Column - it will not work as an URL type Column.

    Could you show us more details, what is your Column type, Table type, how the issue looks, when you set your custom Link as the First Transform Value Column?

    If you don't need us to troubleshoot and if you already found a solution, that is OK;

     I am just curious to isolate if we might have any possible bug or if there might be some isolated issue on your Site.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
