In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

J'ai enregistré un service "5 Signatures "90 mn" au tarif de 119 €uros. Or en front, le service paraît avec le tarif de 98 €uros. Je n'arrive pas à faire paraître le bon tarif...

Effectivement, dans les services affecté à l'employé, le tarif était à 98 euros.
Si je comprends bien, lorsque je fais une mise à jour au niveau de l'onglet Services, il faut que je vérifie au niveau des employés pour voir si elle a été dupliquée.
C'est réglé.

When you update the price of the service, you will have a popup asking f you want to update the price for all employees or not.

For that purpose, you can create a new employee with a lower price for that service and set it to work only during that period with special days and set days off for other employees during that period.
