When I preview the webpage through the web editor on wordpress i can see the forms with no issue. When I view it logged out of word press on another computer or I have friends look at it on their phones or computers, nobody can get the booking form to load. Does not matter what browser I use.
I uploaded one screen shot from microsoft edge where you cannot see the form.
I uploaded another that you can see the form but it is logged into the wordpress website editor via chrome.
The other screen shot is from chrome but logged out of WP.
I am using the free version of Amelia because it was HIGHLY recommended and I wanted to try it out before I made any purchases.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue.
I tried disabling all plugins and it doesn't fix anything.
I noticed on the Amelia plugin page it says that Amelia has not been tested with my version of Wordpress (6.4.1) and is only compatible up to Wordpress Version 6.3.2
Would this cause the issue? I've used other plugins that haven't been tested with my version of Wordpress and they still worked.
Apologies for the late answer. The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is also because of the security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.

Hello Michael,
It has been tested with 6.4.1, but it's not updated on the changelog, apologies for that. Also, the PHP version should be at least 7.4.
On the link www.sassonecarpentry.com/estimates i see the other booking form
Have you changed it or?
Looking forward to your reply.

Yes, I deactivated Amelia (didn't delete it) and installed BookingPress for now because it works until I can figure out how to get Amelia working.
WP issued a new update yesteday so I'm now running WP 6.4.2 and it looks like my PHP version is 7.4.33
I created a new page with Amelia for trouble shooting purposes.
