Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Hello,

    we tried to integrate an event into our website that takes place weekly and the buyer can start at a date picked in checkout for the following 10 weeks.

    It can be seen here at the bottom of the page below title "Folgekurse"

    As we understood, that cannot be done as an event, because every event has a fix start date and therefore alle the events are listed on after another. This is to be avoided.

    We now tried to integrate this course as a service. That way it is displayed as only one "button" on the page:

    This seems to us a good way to display the course, as it has no fix starting date and the buyer can choose the starting date via calendar.

    We encounter these problems though for which we would need your help:

    - The Button cuts of the icon in a way the icon cannot be recognized:

    (after clicking on button the icon can be seen uncut)

    Also we would like to change the font to the font seen in the event list view further up on the page)

     

    - On mouse over also font, font style and button should be designed at least similar to the event view list.

     

    - After clicking on the button and opening the service view, everything looks good for us, but we cannot understand, why the service starts on a specific day (in this case february 16th ). we cannot find, where the starting date is set.

     

    - In fact it was february 9th until last friday, but we testbooked 1 place for feb 9th. Now this date is not available anymore, although there are 25 places in total, meaning still 24 free.

     

    - Last but not least we encountered afer the testbooking, that the confirmation page is not working:

    Any solution for this?

     

     

    We do hopy as always ( ;-) )to solve these issues soon, as the page is already online.

    When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    3. - On mouse over also font, font style and button should be designed at least similar to the event view list. - everything that can be changed you can fine in customize section

    When you have multiple questions or issues which are for different subjects/topics,

     please open a new ticket for each subject, and we will help/advise more effectively. 

    In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other users or our support agents can find them easily.
