    Do you have some examples, how can I create a Marker Geochart. I tried one, but it doesn't work.

    The Region Geochart is works very well.

    Do you know, for example, what should I write as a "City" (exp. Berlin)  to show the marker, for city Berlin?

    Thank you

    Hi selenii,

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    We are working on adding examples to our Documentation, and we will also most probably make a new Youtube Video to show a couple of examples, too, at the moment that is still not finished.

    1. Can you first tell me, did you configure your Google Maps API Key in our Plugin, and you it allows you to create a Marker GeoChart, it is not 'grayed out' in the Google Chart selection?

    2. I presume you already did that, and now you just need advice how you should setup your source Data in order to get the Chart to show the data as you need it.

    If that is the case, In regards to the data structure you need :

    Cities, continents, provinces, regions, states...

    This should be entered in a Table and then the Chart should show it automatically.

    The Table should have for example a name of a City and one numerical value, such as the number of population for it, or just an ID column...

    I hope that helps, but let me know, if you are still having issues, can you show us some screenshots or a Video of how your Table currently looks with the column and data structure, and how you chosen the columns for your Chart, etc, and we can advise more?

    If you can also grant us remote Admin access.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    And point us to your current Chart ID, so we can check how you configured it so far.

    Thanks.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello Miloš

    I have solved the problem. Thank you very much.
    The key was only restricted for a specific domain and therefore did not work on my other pages. Now I have a different problem. Several charts on one page load very slowly. Is there a possibility to load them differently, maybe load the complete page and then the charts or the other way round?

    Best regards

    Hi selenii,

    I am happy to see you solved that issue for the Maps key, thanks for letting us know what it was.

    2. In regards to having some charts load very slowly - it depends how many data is on the Page, but also how many charts did you place in total on the same page;

    And also what is the Source Table type(s)?

    And how many rows each source Table has?

    -

    For example, if you use a source Table for any Chart that is linked to a source file, let's say like Excel/CSV/Google Sheet, if you got more than several thousand rows;

    especially if there are several Charts from large tables like that;

    Then your Tables don't use our server-side processing Feature.

    In that case, all the rows load at the same time in the Page HTML.

    -

    Or, if you switch to using server-side processing Tables,  then it will reduce the load on your Hosting Server by using AJAX to only load one Table Page at a time;

    For example, if you import the data from a CSV/Excel/Google Sheet,  and if you set a low number of default rows per page in Table Display Settings;

    Then the Table( and the connected Chart) only loads X number of rows / only one Page;

    while other Table pages are not loaded;

    You can check more about our server-side processing feature and how it helps with performance here;

    -

    But if you got tables linked from source Data and if they are not larger than 6 thousand rows - you can also try our Cache and Auto Update cache Feature, which can help a lot with performance of linked Tables.

    I am also not 100% sure if you got the Premium Version of wpDataTables, it seems so as you are able to use the Google GeoCharts.

    So in that case, you will have our server-side processing Tables option.

    Let me know if these details help.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,
