Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi there,
we have 2 locations to book an appointment, we want the prefered location to be shown first in the list in the front-end booking form but this is automatically sorted alphabetically. Is there a way to reverse this order or to customize this in any way?
In the booking form on the above mentioned url you can see that Showroom Rijswijk is the first one in the list but we want Showroom Utrecht to be shown first.
Hello Edwin,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
that is too bad, this seems like a basic functionality to me but okay we will have to figure out a way to work around this.
I do have another issue and I am not sure i I can add it here or if I need to post a new ticket, if so then please let me know.
I am using the bookingform 1.0, here is the issue, in step 4 you confirm the booking and then you are promted with step 5 to complete the proces after which they are being redirected to a thank you page so we can measure conversions. However in step 4 the booking is made and the email is being sent so if people decide not to complete the form in step 5 then we cannot measure the conversion because they are not being redirected. Is there some way to skip step 5 completely and just havem redirected after step 4? This is messing up the bid strategy in Google Ads so it is quite a big deal.
Kind regards,
Edwin
Hello Edwin,
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket, but I will provide a reply here regarding this one (just fyi)
So, the booking form is predesigned with those steps, and while you can edit some settings for each step, unfortunately, they can be skipped. Each one is essential for Amelia to be working properly, whether is the customer information or the service selection, everything is important.
I know it may not be the answer that you wanted to hear, but i hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
