In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am adding an employee who is in Delaware in the US, but Delaware isn't on the time zone list. How is this possible if it's one of the 50 states?
And please don't tell me to add this as a feature (heard this for almost every ticket I've ever opened) because it is not a feature, it is a basic function.
Is there something that I'm missing? Can I change it to time zones instead?

We will have this added from our end, in the meantime, you can use another state that is in the same time zone.

I've used another time zone, but sometimes the employees don't like this, and sometimes it isn't accurate enough because even if there are two states that are very close (in the US) they sometimes change time zones (for winter/summer).
Do you know when you will add this state?

I further checked this with our developers and those time zones that are displayed on the Amelia/Employees page are not coming from Amelia, but rather WordPress, and as such, WordPress will have to add Delaware in order for it to be displayed.

See the screenshot! This is a field within Amelia and part of Amelia (see image). How is related to wordpress?
And in your previous ticket you told me that Amelia will be adding this time zone...so has this now also changed?

It was misinformation from my end, my apologies for that.
By WordPress-related, I am referring to those time zones being pulled from the WordPress database. We simply use their list of time zones and display it on our page.
