When I check out the booking form on the first Amelia demo site (Barbershop), I'm seeing the same error in Chrome as I see on my own development site:
Incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT>
Are you able to reproduce that page error?

When i check the demo (Barbershop) in elements (with the service selected), i dont see this error
I guess this could be related to your site settings?
