Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

Hello,
Could you please tell me how can I reschedule appointments? Currently if I want to reschedule an appointment for another day and there are spots, Amelia doesn't allow me.
For example here I want to re-schedule this appointment that was originally on the 7th December. In the second image you can see my availlability.
In the first you can see it doesn't allow me to reschedule for the day 22-23 and 29-30 even if I have availability for new people as you can see.
Why it happened this and how can I solve when it occur? Cause right now i'm creating a second employees and move everything there but is not smooth as it would supposed to be.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can reschedule the appointment from a back end but if you already have some customers on other time slot you can not reschedule on that time slot.
So if you reschedule you can only reschedule to empty time slot. You can not reschedule to time slot that is already booked by some other customers in that case you need to cancel this appointment and then to click on edit on a new one and then you can add this customer to that new appointment.

This how it is designed, in that case you need to cancel this appointment and then to click on edit on a new one and then you can add this customer to that new appointment. When you edit the appointment you have option notify the customer that can be turned off so your customer will not know if this was canceled and the booked again or just rescheduled.
