Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi selenii,

When it comes to errors returned when you try to save your Google Maps API key, that error is being thrown from the Google Maps API itself, our Plugin can only display when an error occurs.

Here is what you can try in order to reveal 'more details' which can isolate the root of the error further.

First, please make sure that you have your Google Chrome Browser Console open when you do this.

The Hotkey is on F12 on the keyboard, or you can hit right click with the mouse and 'inspect'.

Now, when you try to save the Google Maps API Key again with our Plugin settings, check can you find a red text error there, in the Network Tab of the Google Chrome's Developer Console.

If so, click in the red error text, and you will see more details what is the Error Message.

Then, you can check here, for all Error Messages, find the one that happens on your Site, and check what it means.

That page describes the error messages that can be returned by the Maps JavaScript API. The Maps JavaScript API writes error and warning messages to the JavaScript console.

If you are still unable to find that error, we can remotely log in and try to check which error appears for you.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And if you can also send me which credentials we should try to use for your Google Map API key, so that we can try and reproduce the error.

We guarantee that we will just use it this time during the testing and we will not save it anywhere on our end.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

    Hello Milos,

thank you for your feedback and help. I tried your steps, but only one error that I have is:

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).select2 is not a function
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (admin.php?page=wpdatatables-settings:141:35)
        at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27028)
        at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2:27330)

It looks like the issue this the jQuery. What do you mean?

    Thank you

    Hi selenii,

    Sorry for the waiting time.

We don't work on weekends so it adds two days to the waiting time.

    we appreciate your patience.

In that case, it seems our developers should check this error on your Site in more details.

We are not able to reproduce it, seems to be something specific on your end.
