A part of the clients call by phone to take an appointement. So it would be useful to be able to create an appointment with all their informations and then send them by email a payment link on the website.
Is it something possible with Amelia (+ woocommerce integration maybe) ?
I digged in the payment link option but it does seems to fit with my use case.
Let me explain :
Sometimes clients call me by phone, so I take all their informations and the slots for their booking at that moment, so later I would like to be able to send them a payment link for that booking.
When I create manually an appointment , the payment mode is always set to On-site so I can't send them an email notifications with the payment link.
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
For that purpose, you need to book an appointment from the back-end and set the status of the appointment to "Pending" and also insert the payment link placeholder to the "Appointment pending" notification template.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

We found the root of the issue, why the Payment Link placeholder was not sent in your Customer's Email.
You need to go in each individual Service settings, then under "Payment" settings, make sure to enable :
Allow payment via Payment Link.
When this is enabled, then Amelia checks what is the Payment Method enabled on that Service, and for example if it is Stripe - it will use the Stripe Pay By Link placeholder to be rendered in the Email.
I just made a successful Test booking on your Site, and my Customer received the working Pay By Stripe Link.
I just made a new Test Page, since i was unable to find where is your Amelia Booking Page.
After the test, i delete my appointment and i removed the Test Page.
Please make sure to have the Pay By Link option checked in all your Services, then try another Test from your end, let me know how it goes.
