We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
On the traumdeutung.org website, synchronization with the Outlook calendar no longer works. My predecessor had linked the account to a normal Outlook email address (not Microsoft 365). In addition, I can no longer add a calendar under employee details.
Question: Is it still possible to synchronize with a free Outlook.com address?
Hello Jana,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
There have been some changes, but since Azure is Microsoft’s public cloud computing platform, where users can pick and choose from multiple services to develop and scale new applications or run existing applications in the public cloud, you can log into it with existing outlook.com, office365.com, or hotmail.com accounts.
I suppose you see the error when you want to integration with Outlook?
I recommend checking out the documentation regarding the Outlook integration on this link. We have updated the documentation according to the changes.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

If I log out as recommended and then try to log in again, this appears_
The selected user account does not exist in the Microsoft Services tenant and cannot access the application 74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6 in this tenant.
Hello Jana,
This is what i was able to find
Please check if the username has *EXT* included
The #EXT# in the user name in AD means that this is an External account and not a Work or School Account in this tenant. External users can't edit flows in a tenant. They can execute flows, but they can't create them.
The solution is to use alternative, organizational account and try with that.
I hope it helps. Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

The following, the Client Secret had expired and was renewed. But now I can't authenticate myself on the website again because the button for Outlook is missing. In your documentation it looks different than it currently does for the employee (see pictures)
Now my question is, where is this authentication from the employees in the Amelia settings (employees)??
Hello Jana,
You'll need to access your database (via phpMyAdmin, or some other database management tool) and access the wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table (please note that wp_ is the default database prefix, but on your end, it could be anything, so look for your_prefix_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table). Delete all rows from that table, and after that, you should be able to connect your employees to the Outlook Calendar.
Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
