We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have successfully set up and configured Amelia and functionality is working perfectly except for Customer Panel notifications via Email and WhatsApp.
When a booking order payment is completed (via WooCommerce), WhatsApp notification is set up for Appointment Approved template message as well as a Customer Panel link template message which is set to Action triggered after Approval.
Both notifications are delivered successfully, however the Customer Panel one gets sent first. I have tried changing the setting to Scheduled Notification, but then it is not delivered at all. Is there any way to fix this so that Approval message is sent first?
Also, what is the trigger for sending the Customer Panel Access email notification? Currently it sends only an Appointment Approval email even though Customer Panel is also selected.
Thank you for your assistance, we launch soon :)
Hello Vikram,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia work like this
Customer panel is not being sent as notification at all unless they do not click on forgot password on Amelia customer panel form. The notification approved is sent and you can add the link to customer panel there so that they can access it and create password for a panel.
Most likely you see that mail from WordPress is sent for backend not from Amelia for front end.
That's WordPress' default email for every new user. I don't know if you can disable it through WordPress settings, but I do know that you can do it with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/manage-notification-emails/
Just disable the option “New user notification to the user” and you’ll be good.
Oh and btw in case you wanna know where the code is, you might wanna open up this file: wp-includes/pluggable.php Line number: 1989
So when you disable this through the 3rd party plugin, your customers will only receive notifications from Amelia, without the following email:
"Username: ———
To set your password, visit the following address"
I hope that helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,

Thank you for your response, Marko. Perhaps my query was misunderstood. I had once had the Wordpress email issue, but that is no longer a present concern. I will add the Customer Panel link to my Approved Appointment email as you have suggested. Could you clarify about the first query, the WhatsApp notification for Customer Panel being sent prior to Appointment Approved notification? Thanks.
Hello Vikram,
Can you please send us a short one minute video of the issue so that we can see how it look and behaves on your end?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Marko,
After I tested the WhatsApp notifications by submitting a real order for a small payment, this time the notifications appeared in the correct order! The Appointment Approval notification came first, immediately followed by the Customer Panel access Notification.
However for now I have decided to not push the Customer Panel link via WhatsApp and am only going to send it via email. You may mark this ticket closed. Thanks.
Hello Vikram,
Will do that but should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice weekend.
