There should not be any issue with that unless your theme overrides Amelia styles or if you did not set that the panel is black also. Please check the color settings for 1.0 booking forms if they are not set to black we would need to forward this to our developers so that they can take a closer look.
Yes, the customer panel colors come from 1.0 booking forms until we implement new customer and employee panel. Then they will be separate but until then you need to adjust them there until the complete redesign of Amelia is over.
