Hi,
I am trying to set-up a scheduled notification follow up email for my client but can't seem to get this to work.
I have set-up an appointment reminder email by setting up a cron job on the server as instructed (and this seems to work), however, the follow up email that should be sent four hours after the appointment is not being sent. Is there a separate cron job that needs to be set-up for this?
My client does have the registered copy of the Ameila plugin but can't locate their login details to allow me to access the purchase code.
