When you delete the package from the backend, It should be deleting the package from the customer panel, as well.
Are you logged in to the customer panel as the customer who has booked a package? If you are logged in to the customer panel, it should be deleted after the refresh.
Oh i see, well, you need to delete the package from the Packages tab, right next to the Service. By deleting it from the Finances tab, you are just deleting the information regarding the payment.
Do I understand correctly that when a customer purchases a package, then it's not possible to remove it for them? So I can only delete the package from packages not for the specific customer?
Yes, you can. You just need to click on manage the package and find the customer who is assigned to the package. In this way, you are deleting the package only from the customer, not the whole package.
How can I delete a package for a customer? I deleted in the back-end, but it still shows up in customer panel view?

Hi Stefan
I deleted package from backend in Finances, is that the correct place? I don't see anywhere in the backend that the customer has anything.
When I log in as the customer who bought the package in the customer panel, I can still see the package in the customer portal.
Thank you
Riina
