Yes, of course, you can use our cart option without the WooCommerce in Amelia. This customer probably got confused since you could use only WooCommerce cart in the past. Now we have our own cart option. But the thing is that this is part of pro and dev licenses. You do not get this feature with pro license you can see that on our site

There has to be a difference between licenses. We can not offer you any additional discount then what is shown on site. This is still a great deal with substantial discount. and we do not have Developer license for one domain but you can purchase Pro for one domain the only difference other then domain is in rest API. But you get cart and packages feature with Pro one for 98$ annually.

Sales and promotions do not apply to upgrades and renewals. For that reason we mentioned that you need to purchase a new license with black Friday deal. 

When you click on upgrade you are upgrading the current license at a full price (minus months that has passed from June 29, 2023 which is the date when you purchase this license) so for that reason you see the lower price which is for next 8 months. And it will be renewed on  June 29, 2024.

But to be able to purchase a license at a discount you need to acquire a new license because as mentioned sales do not apply to upgrades.

Refund is probably not possible after so many months but just in case I will check this our billing team. As for upgrade we have tested this and we can see that this is working. Can you please change the device and try again and make sure that you purge cache. If the issue happens again on some other device please send us short one minute video since we can not replicate the issue on our end on any device.
