Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I want to sell in my gym month tickets.

    For example:

I want to sell coupons in my gym that last 1 month. The coupon boxes can be 8 classes, 12 classes or 16 classes

The month must be valid from the time the person pays during a calendar month

You must be able to schedule classes at the available times during that month

    Is this possible?

    Hi Alvaro,

Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your gym's specific requirements. We're excited about the opportunity to help you with your booking needs using Amelia. Here's a seamless breakdown of how you can achieve your goals:

You can leverage Amelia's Packages feature to sell month classes in your gym. You could create three distinct packages, each offering a different number of classes (8, 12, or 16) for the desired service. Assign unique prices to each package to provide your customers with options.

Within each package, there's a "Discount" field. Use this feature to set discounts that can be showcased on the front-end booking form. This way, customers are encouraged to opt for a package as a cost-effective solution.

Utilize the "Duration" option to define the validity period of each package. Whether you want the package to be valid for a specific number of days, weeks, or months, or up to a particular expiration date, Amelia provides the flexibility to accommodate your needs.

Customers can seamlessly schedule their appointments within the purchased package. This can be done either during the initial purchase or at a later time through their Customer Panel. You have the ability to predefine the required number of appointments for the chosen service, ensuring a streamlined booking process.

We understand the importance of finding the right solution for your business. That's why we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If Amelia doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and I will gladly assist you.

    Kind Regards,

    Thanks,

    Three more questions:

    1) Can reservations/appointments be made only for registered users?

    2) Can I assign packages to users manually? In my business, they pay me in cash. For example, Maria cames to the gym. Pay a package.

The administrator assign manually the Maria first class

Then, Maria use his user for booking

    Hello Alvaro,

Thank you for reaching back out to us and for your patience.

    1. Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future.

Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.

At the moment we can't give you more precise information because as we said we don't work with membership plugins but you can buy Amelia's license and try it out we have a 15-day money-back guarantee and in that time period you can see if Amelia suits your needs.

    2. Yes, you can do so from the back-end, on the Amelia/Services/Packages/Manage package page there is a "Book package" button.

Please let me know if that works for you.
