If you activated the purchase code in wpDataTables Settings/Activation, the update should be offered in the Plugins section. On some WordPress installations, you need to deactivate the plugin first in order to see the update offered, so please try that.
If that doesn't work, try going through Dashboard/Updates. See if you can update the plugin through there, and if that doesn't work either, you can follow the manual update procedures below.
To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.

Happy to report, we solved this issue with a bit of Custom CSS.
This is some kind of a conflict you have on your Site, which causes the back-end of the Table looking different from the Front-End.
We are not able to reproduce this on our End, it is most probably a conflict with your curren Theme, it might have some style(s) which override the default ones from our Table.
But we added this CSS in your Main plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS, and now it looks better :
.modal-header {
display: block !important; }
Please check, let me know if that fixes the issue, and if you notice anything else.
Hello,
I am unable to update this plugin. It keeps showing the following error:
Thanks,
Kevin

Updating the plugin to the latest version
Let me know if that helps.

Hi Milos,
I updated the plugin manually and it worked. However, after the update, the "X" close button and popup title moved, is this a new setting?

Hi Milos,
I noticed this morning that it looked better/normal, before I even read your comment--lol.
Thank you very much!
