While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I have followed the steps to set up Whatsapp Notifications up to the "Linking Variables with Amelia Placeholders" section, however when I press the "Send Test Whatsapp Message" on Amelia, I receive a message to say "Send Error Whatsapp Message Has Not Been Sent". It doesn't elaborate on why it hasn't been sent so I wondered if anyone would be able to help me please?

Hello Jo,
Some settings are not set up properly and since this is done completely outside of Amelia we can not know what the issue is I'm afraid. It is best to redo the integration and to follow step bay step from our detailed documentation that you can find on this link https://wpamelia.com/whatsapp-notifications/.
Once you follow all steps there should be no issues after that.
