The appointmets in Amelia do not appear in Google Calendar.

I think I have made any adjustments necessary. I also see in the Google Console that the API is being retrieved and there are no errors. Even if I enable that busy appointments in Google Calendar should be blocked in Amelia, it works correctly.

What doesn't work is that the purchased Amelia appointments - I connected the appointment purchase with Woocommerce - are displayed in the Google Calendar.

It also looks like the synchronization in the direction Google --> Amelia works. But not Amelia --> Google.

Unfortunately, I can't get any further because I've already watched several videos, instructions, etc. and just can't find the error.

    Best regards

    Karina

    Hello Karina,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please check if you have connected the employee to the correct calendar in employee modal and also check for these 3 things

    1. You have option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Google Settings in Amelia plugin. When you enable this option it will be removed the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.

You can read more in our documentation about Configuring Google Calendar in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.

    2. In order for these slots to be removed the events in Google Calendar must be set as Busy.

    3. In settings/inetgrations you gave option called maximum number of events returned to 2500 please make sure that is set like this

And make sure to purge the cache.

    This should help.

    Kind Regards,
