    Hello,

    please, give me the money back. I've tested your plugin on 3 websites and nowhere it works.
    It's full of bugs and I have lost my nerves.

    thanks to you for your reply.

    Honestly, there are too many bugs, and I don't want to spend more time with this plugin.

    One of the issues was already reported in 2019, so it means you have never fixed it.

    I'm speaking about the issue that was reported here: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2236079/

    I had exactly the same issue.
    I had to delete the plugin and clean the database to be able again to use the plugin. But then I saw other issues.

    With the free version, you can add the booking form to the page without the need to create an employee. With the PRO version, you must create an employee, but the creation of the employee didn't work.

    It looks like the free version works but the PRO version has a lot of bugs.

    It was not working because I had first to create a WordPress user with the role of Team Member (or something similar, I don't remember). After creating a user with that role I was able to create an employee.
    Ok, you can say this is not a bug, but then it was not possible to create a service.

    I disabled all the other plugins and switched to the default WordPress theme, and still had the same issue.

    In wp-content/debug.log even though the debug was active and working right, I didn't find any errors or warnings.

    If it was a conflict with another plugin, I could understand it, and in that case, I was interested in collaborating with you to solve the issue, but the issues occur with your plugin alone, and most of all, one of those issues was reported in 2019. This means that you are not able to listen to all the customers and solve the issues that are reported.

    I was looking for a plugin that is enough stable. All that is written above is for you. I'm not interested anymore in solving all the issues because I've already replaced your plugin with a different tool.

    Can I have please the money back?

    You can always request a refund by  logging in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

    If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund PolicywpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

    That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
