Hello. I am currently using FluentSMTP for my SMTP connection to operate FluentCRM. I have emailed them how to connect to Amelia and they have advised that as long as it is working correctly that I dont need to do anything additional on the Amelia end. I am reaching out to confirm as I cannot select the SMTP option under notifications without filling in a whole bunch of fields. Please see the screen shot attached with the fields that need be filled in. Without selecting it it defaults the PHP mail which I understand is not advised.
We do not have integration with FluentCRM and you can sue it via webhooks. But to be able to send notifications in Amelia you need to set this up. In this particular case we advice you to set WP mail in Amelia as an option and to set everything up in WP mail. In this way we think that this should work.

Hello Lindsay,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not have integration with FluentCRM and you can sue it via webhooks. But to be able to send notifications in Amelia you need to set this up. In this particular case we advice you to set WP mail in Amelia as an option and to set everything up in WP mail. In this way we think that this should work.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards.
