Only one admin is able to view and create events as well as appoinments. The other two admins are unable to see any events and even when attempting to create an event it does not appear. We checked the date filters and this is not causing the issues. We also changed the role of one of the admins to Amelia Manager and this also did nothing.
We are using WordPress version 6.3.2 and Ameila version 6.7. We tried updating the Ameila version to 7.1 but this did not fix our issue so we reverted back to 6.7 as we thought this was the cause at first.
Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
