We are using the amelia plugin and like it a lot, but we have come across an issue, when we have booked our patients and we want to add a note to the patient. We have the "Current bookings" up and use the Edit button to add the note, but the note will then not go to the Customers card... it will be only for that booking, and there is no fast way to find these notes when searching for the Customer. What can we do?
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. There is an option to add the internal note to the appointment, but only for that appointment.
